Apple Calendar: open the downloaded .ics file and choose a calendar.

Google Calendar: on a computer, go to Settings → Import & export, choose the .ics file, then select your calendar.

Outlook: use Add calendar → Upload from file on the web, or import the .ics file in the desktop app.

Other calendar apps: choose Import and select the .ics file. Download CSV instead if your app requires it. Set the destination calendar to Eastern Time when importing CSV.

Times are faceoff times; game end times are not supplied. Downloads are a snapshot and do not update automatically. Check this page for schedule changes; importing the same file twice can create duplicates.
